Project Overview:

A Plastic Surgery Clinic in Houston, Texas was missing calls during busy hours and after-hours. Staff were manually handling customer questions, appointment requests, missed-call follow-ups, and booking confirmations across phone, text, website, and social channels.

Customer inquiries were also coming from Facebook, Instagram, and other messaging platforms, creating scattered communication and slower response times.

Objectives:

Build a communication layer that could respond quickly, capture missed opportunities, answer common questions, support appointment booking, and reduce repetitive admin work for the team.

Scope of Work:

Operavo installed an AI customer communication workflow across the company’s main inbound channels.
