Project Overview:

A high-performing real estate agent in NYC was generating leads from Zillow, referrals, paid marketing, and neighborhood outreach, but response times were inconsistent.

Many leads were contacted too late, followed up with only once, and then forgotten before they could turn into real appointments.

Objectives:

Build a more controlled pipeline system that could respond to new leads faster, follow up consistently, qualify buyer and seller intent, and move interested prospects into booked conversations.

Scope of Work:

Operavo installed an AI follow-up workflow across the agent’s lead sources and communication channels.

The system responded to new leads, qualified buyer and seller intent, followed up through calls, SMS, and email, and helped book appointments directly with the agent.

Operavo also supported outreach to neighborhood prospects around active listings, giving the agent a more scalable way to create and manage conversations without manually chasing every lead.

Outcome:
